Description: Primary Objective of the Position:

Work in coordination with Test Lead & Project Manager to design and implement test scenarios that will ensure product functionality and robustness. As a test engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing the product requirements, designing test parameters, writing test procedures, executing test cases manually and/or automatically through scripts.

Responsibilities:

1. Defining test strategies, writing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans for white as well as black-box testing.

2. Review requirements in detail and ensure those are complete and testable.

3. Develop positive and negative test cases.

4. Develop automation scripts using open source tools or industry-standard tools.

5. Execute test cases manually and/or through automated scripts.

6. Build customized test setup and maintain the same.

7. Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.

8. Prepare traceability report, bug log, and quality metrics.

9. Develop Product Domain Knowledge, participate/conduct team meetings and Knowledge Sharing Sessions.

10. Take responsibility for multiple tasks in multiple projects simultaneously.

11. Report/communicate project progress to stakeholders periodically.

12. Adherence to CMMi / ISO quality process.

13. Assume additional roles and responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation Engineering or M. Sc. Electronics with below relevant experience in Software Quality Assurances.

SKills:C/C++ ,C# .Net Core , Java / JavaScripts , Python ,SQL scripting

Experience: 2-4 years in test automation development
